The Educating of Miss Daisy in the land of the Lilies

 I’m 19 years old – I live in southern Cali but I’m a native of the northeast, give me snow, a shovel and hot cocoa anyday!- although this sunny California thing isn’t so bad either. On August 4th of 07 I entered the convent, the Salesian Sisters of St John Bosco to be exact. I live with 9 other women and 7 Sisters, and so far so good- it’s really is a beautiful life- even beyond all the romanticizing of “The Religious Life”, that is: the “meat” of this life is irreplaceable, and I wouldn’t trade it for all the world!

Besides that, and including that, I have tons of hobbies and interests. I LOVE music, ecpecially the old stuff and all the classics. I love to draw, dance, paint, read any theology book I can wrap my little brain around, writing has also become a little bit of an interest these days.
